Easy Seasonal Decor!

Okay so it's honestly been almost 2 years since I last posted. Things have been crazy, but {mostly} in a good way! But with the husband's love and encouragement, I have determined that it's time to get back to crafting! I am actually toying with the idea of starting an Etsy story, but I will also continue to provide some free tutorials on projects that I do. I have a couple of projects coming down the pipeline, but I wanted to go ahead and share a quick and easy decorating tip I've worked out. I saw a variation on this here, but I wanted to take the lazy girl approach to this - so here's what I've got!

Materials:

--2 Poster Frames
--2 nails
--A hammer
--Window clings

I went to Wal-Mart and got 2 poster sized frames - 16x20. I made sure to get the ones that had the little metal tabs all around the edges to hold the back in. I opened those up, removed the back, and pushed the metal tabs back on. Now removing the back removed the built in hanger, but that wasn't really a problem because there is a groove all along the inside edge of the frame, so I can just rest that groove on the head of the nail.

Next step is the hang the frames. Find where you want to put them, hammer in the nails, hang the frames. If I really need to explain this to you, I'm gonna have to suggest a life coach - cuz you need help. :)

Finally, pick out the wall clings and place them on the window glass. I usually find a mixture of clings ranging from $1-$3 from Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, and Wal-Mart. The great things about these clings is that they're totally reusable! After the season is over, I just pull them off, stack them on top of each other, put them in a sandwich baggie, toss them in the box of decorations for that holiday/season, and store them in the attic. I honestly change these up constantly. It's like the easiest, most versatile holiday/seasonal decor you could use. Here's my Easter setup for this year.
As always, let me know if you have any questions and keep on crafting!

Love y'all!
